There are five levels starting with:

Makes up the second and third levels of this model.

The fourth level takes a closer look at how managers and supervisors create and maintain high performance teams.

The top level is geared around developing diversity related goals, creating advocacy into the program. Organizational Leadership, Diversity Champions and Diversity Advisory Council members lead by example by talking the talk and walking the walk.
