About NVJ
NICHOLAS V. JOHNSON is President of NVJ, a Diversity-Management Consulting Firm, founded in 2001. The
organization focuses on the "people" part of business - the ways in which communication, leadership, motivation and
relationships relate to enhance productivity.
Mr. Johnson served GPU Energy Inc., an electric utility company, for over 19 years. His career progressed from union leadership positions to corporate management positions as a consultant in Labor Relations and Human Resources.
Mr. Johnson is experienced in providing guidance for employee relations, performance issues and coaching to individuals. He authored a booklet entitled Workplace Diversity "Common Questions" to answer misconceptions about diversity.
